One of the most challenging aspects of faith deconstruction can be family dynamics. It’s time to protect your peace and reclaim your power.

From Power-Over to Safety & Pleasure: A Therapeutic Journey to Rediscover Passion & Pleasure After Oppression

An 8-week coaching group with Elizabeth DeVaughn, MA

When: Sundays from 12:00-1:30 pm CST, Beginning March 23
What: This group is for women and nonbinary folks who are actively recovering from domestic violence and/or high control religion/purity culture, and who want to heal their relationship with pleasure
Cost: $320 one-time payment for all 8 sessions

This support group is designed for women, femmes, and nonbinary individuals who are actively recovering from the impacts of domestic violence and/or the constraints of high control religions or purity culture. The group's focus will be on discovering safe and gentle methods for reestablishing a connection with pleasure through nature-based modalities, art, visualization, and gentle somatic practices. By engaging in these activities, members can explore the full spectrum of pleasure—not just sexual, but also the joys of life and secure relationships—ultimately fostering healthier, more secure attachments rooted in safety, sovereignty, and joy. Alongside this, members will have the opportunity to connect deeply with each other, share their experiences, and find support in their journey toward play and exploration, using archetypes as a creative tool to safely access unfamiliar energies tied to pleasure.

Giving a Voice to Your Younger Self

A 10-week coaching group with Nicole Clifton, MA

When: Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 pm CST, Beginning March 19
What: This group is for adult individuals of all genders who are wanting to give a voice to their younger selves after navigating faith deconstruction as an adult
Cost: $400 one-time payment for all 10 sessions

Growing up in a religious context often means facing unique expectations and rules about who you were allowed to be and what you were allowed to do. Many individuals feel they missed out on crucial experiences and are now navigating these emotions in adulthood. It’s normal to experience anger and sadness about the past while also recognizing the positives. I’ve seen that reclaiming and exploring what our younger selves longed for can lead to joy and healing. It’s essential to grieve what was missed and foster compassion for the younger self who did their best in challenging circumstances.

Reclaiming Your Life After Toxic Religion

An 8-week coaching group with Kim Johnson

When: Mondays from 7:00-8:45 pm CST, Beginning March 17
What: This group is for folks of all genders who have been reckoning with their recovery for some time and want to deep-dive into reclaiming their lives and thriving beyond the shadow of religious trauma
Cost: $320 one-time payment for all 8 sessions

Reclaiming Your Life After Toxic Religion is part support group and part course, offering a supportive space for exploration and growth as participants learn to navigate their healing journey with clarity and intention. This support group is designed for individuals who are ready to deepen their recovery journey and thrive beyond the impact of religious trauma.

Each week, we will focus on key aspects of development that may have been compromised within high-control religions, such as worth, self-trust, meaning-making, and a felt sense of inner safety. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how religious harm interacts with the entire mind-body system. Through embodiment practices, including reflective writing, members will acquire new tools to dismantle old belief systems and embody healthier ones, all while somatically addressing their emotions, patterns, and experiences. Registration includes a 45-minute one-on-one zoom coaching session with Kim.

Cost: $240 one-time payment for all 6 sessions

This support group is designed for individuals navigating the process of deconstruction, providing a compassionate community where members can explore common struggles such as uncertainty, self-trust, relationships, the impacts of purity culture, and the reclamation of missed experiences. By coming together, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their own journeys, feel less isolated, and discover the support they need to move forward. This group offers a safe space for reflection and exploration, helping you to better understand the unique challenges of a faith shift while fostering personal growth and connection with others who share similar experiences.
