The overwhelm is real.

Election cycles are usually overwhelming; the added religious messaging and legislation can feel downright triggering.

You don’t have to go through it alone.

Whether this is the first time you’ve voted since deconstructing your faith, or you’re the only one in your family or friend circle that is voting for a different candidate, or memories of past elections are bringing up fear, having the support of others helps.

The elections can put a strain on your relationships.

There are many of us who are feeling added stress in our relationships as a result of the elections. We want our groups to be a place where you can feel welcome to show up authentically, exactly as you are, and feel supported.

THE ELECTIONS

SUPPORT GROUPS

We won’t be telling you who to vote for or where to stand on different issues. Instead, the groups are meant to be a place to help you process the stress, chaos, and other emotions and experiences that you may be going through as a result of the elections.

3 groups to choose from.

Groups begin October 23 and 24 and will run for five weeks—this means you’ll have built in support and connections leading up to the election, election week, and for two weeks after.
